Ceremony Sound Upgrade*
So you’ve picked the perfect outdoor ceremony location and spent countless hours perfecting your vows, and maybe you’ve even hired a live musician to play your music! One thing is for sure – you want your family and friends to be able to hear it.
Our full ceremony sound upgrade includes:
- One 1,000 watts QSC K12 powered speaker
- One Shure wireless lavalier microphone for the officiant (the type that clips onto a tie or jacket)
- Processional and recessional music, as well as music during the ceremony (candle lighting, book signing, sand ceremony, etc.)
- One Shure wireless handheld microphone and stand (perfect for readings and vows)
- Prelude music thirty minutes prior to the ceremony
- A 16 channel mixer with plenty of room for musicians
- A professionally trained audio engineer
Videography*
Want to remember your wedding with more than just photos but you can’t afford to spend thousands on a videographer? We offer a condensed version of a professionally assembled video recap. This video will often be just a few minutes but will include clips of the major points in the day – the ceremony, the toasts, first dance, etc.
Photo Booth*
We offer four different styles of photo booth: Open-Air, Booth, Lounge, or Tent.
if you have ever been to an event with a photo booth you know they are big a hit. They are especially useful for creating a photo guest book, or if your family and friends are not a very outgoing group on the dance floor.

Uplighting
Uplighting is a popular lighting effect created by placing small light fixtures on the floor near the wall and pointing them up. This creates the effect of “up lighting”.
Uplighting is a very effective way to dramatically improve the ambiance of an event space.
Our lights are wireless and battery-powered. We can create a custom color based on your desired color scheme.
Media Presentation
Our media display upgrade includes two 42″ tv screens mounted on six-foot tall columns. These are used to display slideshows/videos during the event. If you add the Photo Booth option we can also display those photos on the screens later in the night (the appropriate ones of course).
In addition to our tv’s, we can also display media on two fifty-four square-foot projection screens. Our projectors are ultra-bright, and rear throw, so they are hidden from view!
If you add on the media presentation upgrade to your wedding reception or private event we will assist you in the production of slideshows/videos at no extra cost.
